Saw this on The Kitchy Kitchen and figured since none of us know what an Old Fashion is anyways we could make one with beer.

1 oz bourbon
1 brown sugar cube
1 orange peel
2 dashes angostura bitters
2-3 oz Hottenroth, of any other berliner weisse or wheat beer
Pop the sugar cube in a tumbler, sprinkle the bitters on top. With a muddler crush the sugar cube and top off with the bourbon and an ice cube. Stir until the cube starts to melt. Top off with beer and twist the orange peel over it. Rub the peel on the rim of the glass and pop into the drink for garnish.
