Be Sure to Hire Someone with Beer Drinking Skills

With all the new hires coming on board I'm sure a lot of you are giving your input in their interviews.  A question that frequently comes to mind when I'm interviewing someone is "Do you like to drink good craft beer?"  If  the person says "No" or "Definitely not!" I reject them strait away.  You should do the same.
